After 3 days of a virus, Avery was finally able to start JrK on Thursday. Below is a picture of her first day, along with a picture of Carys going to MOPS with her backpack. Carys was just as excited as Avery. :-) JrK is a 5 day a week program, which makes Avery happy. She will be going to school every day, just like Cambria.
Today was Avery's 2nd day of school. She climbed into the car as happy as could be and began to spout off stories. Apparently, a boy in her class proposed to her on the way in from recess. On the playground they were swinging in unison ("double dating") on the playground and then while filing into the classroom, he popped the question. She thought he was kidding until he said that he wanted to kiss her. She replied, "Kissing is disgusting." That's my girl! :-)
