We took a day off from the beach to hit up the Nags Head/ Kill Devil Hills area. Our plan was to play miniature golf, eat lunch and hike up Jockey's Ridge. However, it was stinkin' hot that day so we barely made it through putt-putt before everyone melted down (literally). Then, we did lunch at Max's Bagel & Deli, followed by Sweet Frog. That helped to cool us down a bit. We never made it to Jockey's Ridge...we'll save that for another trip.

We went to the EXACT same mini golf place with all of our kids and Renaut's kids .... it was also meltdown central by the end .... I was kicking the balls into the holes saying "wow - well done .. you got it in" ... just to be DONE. Ha ha
